Submit the notice

This form works without signing in. Submit it during the 14-day period. An eligible notice freezes unused minutes when recorded; the refund is calculated from minutes actually supplied before that time.

The Purchase ID is in VoiceCut payment history. The Stripe invoice ID starts with in_ and appears on the Stripe invoice.
