1Operator and contract

These terms apply from 2026-08-24. A contract is formed when you accept the current version during registration. A separate acceptance at checkout applies to the purchased package.

2Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter this contract. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Minors may use the service only where applicable law permits it and any required representative has consented.

Provide accurate details, protect your password and report suspected access promptly. Sessions can be reviewed and revoked in Settings → Security. A new Google account must also complete acceptance of the current terms before its workspace is created.

3Recordings, permissions and confidentiality

Upload only material you are entitled to record, transfer, transcribe, store and share. You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any permission required by applicable law.

You retain your rights in recordings, transcripts and corrections. You grant the operator a limited permission to process them only to provide, secure and support VoiceCut and follow your instructions. The operator does not acquire a right to sell your private content.

4Accuracy of results

Speech recognition, speaker attribution and generated conclusions can be wrong. Timecodes, uncertainty signals and source links support review but do not replace it. Verify a result before legal, medical, financial, employment or other consequential use.

5Acceptable use

Do not break the law or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; upload malware; bypass limits; enter another workspace; probe credentials; disrupt the service; or use it for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.

6Packages, price, tax and payment

VoiceCut sells one-time minute packages, not subscriptions. Purchased minutes do not expire. The operator is registered for Slovak VAT under section 7a but is not a section 4 VAT payer. The displayed consumer price is final: if tax becomes due under an applicable registration, it is included in that amount and shown by Stripe before payment. Checkout is currently enabled.

Minutes are credited only after Stripe confirms payment and only once. Stripe creates the invoice or receipt. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion.

7Withdrawal, refunds and digital remedies

An EEA consumer has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days unless a legal exception has been validly engaged. At checkout, you can either expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the consequence of full performance, or postpone activation of purchased minutes until the withdrawal period ends. Neither choice is preselected.

The simplest route is the public online withdrawal form; signing in is not required. You can also open Settings → Billing, select the paid purchase and press “Confirm withdrawal”. The system records the time and emails an acknowledgement to the buyer.

If you requested immediate performance and withdraw before the package has been fully supplied, the system revokes unused minutes and calculates the refund pro rata from minutes actually supplied before the notice. The operator's server, electricity, staff and payment-processing costs are not deducted separately. If the package was fully supplied after a valid express request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may end under applicable law. With delayed activation, minutes remain unavailable until the period ends; a timely withdrawal cancels activation and refunds the full price.

After payment, VoiceCut emails the buyer the Purchase ID, Stripe invoice ID, activation choice, deadline and recorded version of this information. You may instead send an unambiguous statement to the contact below, giving your name, buyer email, purchase ID or date, and the date of the notice. Any clear statement of the decision to withdraw is sufficient; the online function is not mandatory.

If the digital service does not conform to the contract, notify us and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Mandatory remedies, including bringing it into conformity, proportionate price reduction or termination, remain available regardless of these terms. No additional voluntary refund promise is made.

8Suspension and termination

Access may be temporarily limited to protect users, the service or third parties, comply with law or investigate a material breach. Where practicable, the operator will explain the reason and route to challenge it. You can delete the workspace in Settings → Privacy and data. Deletion does not erase records that law requires to be kept separately.

9Availability and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or external-provider failures. The operator does not exclude liability that law forbids excluding, including for intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life or health and mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss to the extent permitted by law.

10Changes, law and disputes

Material changes are notified before they take effect where law requires. A new version does not retroactively alter a completed purchase. These terms are governed by Slovak Republic, but that choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence.

Send a complaint to the contact first. A consumer may also use any competent alternative-dispute-resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection where it has residual competence, or a court available under mandatory law. SOI alternative dispute resolution guidance.
