1. Service operator and status
The operator’s legal name and postal address are not configured in this local deployment. These terms are effective from a date not configured locally. Dollar package checkout is disabled in this deployment.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use session controls to revoke devices you no longer trust. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you report suspected compromise promptly.
3. Recordings and consent
Upload only recordings you are allowed to use. You are responsible for informing speakers and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to the recording, transcription, storage and sharing of their conversation. Do not upload illegal content or highly sensitive material unless the deployment has been expressly approved for it.
4. Transcripts and generated results
Speech recognition, speaker attribution and generated notes can be wrong. VoiceCut provides timestamps, confidence-led review and source links to support human verification. You remain responsible for checking a result before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, employment or other consequential decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass service limits, probe credentials, disrupt processing, upload malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use VoiceCut to facilitate unlawful surveillance or discrimination. Access may be suspended to protect users, the service or third parties.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change and interruptions may occur. Material account, pricing or privacy changes should be disclosed before they take effect. When checkout is enabled, the final price and applicable tax are shown before payment, and minutes are added only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
7. Data and account requests
Individual recordings can be deleted in Studio. The workspace owner can request a portable data copy and password-confirmed permanent workspace deletion in Account. A privacy address is not configured for this local deployment. For product support, contact [email protected].
