Let's not open access to everyone at once. Start with a small group and see where people actually need help before we invite anyone else.
The first fifty people on the waitlist get access on August fifth. We are not sending the wider invitation until the first group finishes onboarding.
Agreed. I'll verify the activation events and draft a short email, so we do not promise anything the beta does not have yet.
We need one owner for feed bag before launch. Otherwise, the comments will scatter across three channels again and nobody will know which answer is current.
I'll take that on. By Friday I'll have the email and the renewal form ready, and I'll check the events in analytics before we send anything.
Our success measure is simple. In Amplitube, we should see the first document created and the user coming back the next day without another reminder.
